Mission
Our mission is to end homelessness in San Bernardino County by providing compassionate and comprehensive housing solutions for vulnerable individuals. We offer emergency, transitional, and shared permanent housing for youth exiting foster care, formerly incarcerated individuals, and those experiencing homelessness. Through a supportive and empowering environment, we strive to foster stability, self-sufficiency, and a sense of belonging, ensuring everyone can rebuild their lives and achieve their full potential.
Vision
Our vision is to empower San Bernardino County’s disenfranchised residents to achieve self-determination, stability, and success. At Molding Hearts, we believe that with compassion, opportunity, and supportive guidance, individuals can build healthy, fulfilling lives.
We are deeply committed to the communities we serve. Our organization works to increase public awareness of the challenges our residents face while providing services that build confidence, strengthen self-esteem, and encourage respect for self, others, and society. We also prioritize programs that support physical and emotional wellness, expand access to resources, and improve overall quality of life.
For nearly a decade, we have proudly partnered with multiple county agencies and community organizations to secure ongoing funding that allows us to sustain and expand our impact. We value these long-standing relationships and remain dedicated to developing new partnerships that allow us to reach even more individuals in need.
